Circuit Court Rules Order 68C, Criminal Procedure Act 2021

The new Circuit Court Rule Order 68C, which gives effect to s.11 Criminal Procedure Act 2021, came into effect on the 16th September 2022. It provides for the manner and procedures of preliminary trial hearings in the Circuit Court.
