Video link /Intermediary- intellectual disability -'mental disorder' -DPP v O'Driscoll 2022 IECA 4

The use of videolink is required where an intermediary faciliates the evidence of a witness, and in this case, the Court of Appeal saw no difficulty with the use of videolink and intemediary where it was deemed that the witness suffered from a 'mental disorder' having suffered an acquired brain injury.
